不同类群菌物中甾类物质及其特性Steroids and Their Properties in Different Groups of Fungi

摘要(Abstract):
根据生物九界分类法,菌物包括原生动物界、假菌界、真菌界的生物。甾类物质是菌物中的重要活性物质。为探讨不同类群菌物中甾类物质分布规律及其特性,通过查阅国内外文献,对原生动物界、假菌界、真菌界内不同菌物类群中甾类物质的结构及生物特性进行综述,结果显示不同类群菌物中的甾类物质种类有所不同,呈现出一定的规律性。原生动物界黏菌中的甾类成分多样,既会有动物、植物甾醇如胆甾醇,β-谷甾醇等,也含有菌物类甾醇如麦角甾醇等。假菌界、真菌界的壶菌主要以胆固醇为代表,真菌界的子囊菌和担子菌中则以麦角甾类为主,不含胆甾类成分,而真菌界的接合菌既含有麦角甾类也含有胆甾类成分。
