Simplicillium lanosoniveum菌株分离鉴定及斜面培养基配方优化Isolation and Identification of Fungus Simplicillium lanosoniveum and the Optimization of Its Agar Slant Culture-Medium Formulation

摘要(Abstract):
分离并鉴定了采自长春净月潭国家森林公园的1株真菌—Simplicillium lanosoniveum,优化了斜面培养基配方,通过单因素和正交试验考察不同培养基质对S.lanosoniveum菌丝生长的影响,筛选最适的碳源、氮源和微量元素,并进行了验证试验。结果表明:在28℃培养温度下,最优培养基配方为麦芽糖5 g/L,酵母粉2.5 g/L,KH_2PO_41.5 g/L,马铃薯200 g/L,琼脂粉20 g/L,p H自然,为生防菌剂及抗生素的进一步研发奠定基础。
